  • Zanotti/We/Us – controller of the Data Holder’s personal data;

  • Client/You/User – any individual who browses our website, fills out any forms, downloads any material, registers, or provides data through the means listed above;

  • Personal data – any information that identifies a person or that, when used in combination with other processed information, identifies an individual. Also, any information through which it is possible to identify or contact a person;

  • Processing of personal data – means any operation performed with Personal Data, such as those referring to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation, or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction;
